A recent Geekbench benchmark has provided insight into the upcoming vivo X300 smartphone. The benchmark results confirm that the device will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset, set to be unveiled in September. The prototype of the X300, with model number V2509A, also featured 16GB of RAM and ran on Android 16.
The benchmark scores showcased a single-core score of 2,352 and a multi-core score of 7,129, although it's important to note that these results are from a prototype device and may vary in the final product. Notably, the Dimensity 9500 chipset in the X300 boasts a CPU configuration with high clock speeds, including a prime core at 4.21 GHz and multiple cores at 3.5 GHz and 2.7 GHz. The GPU identified in the benchmark is the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12.
