Samsung has kicked off the rollout of its One UI 8 beta program, based on Android 16, for users of the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in select regions. This beta update gives users a sneak peek into the upcoming major software update from Samsung.
Reports suggest that owners of Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra in the UK and South Korea can now participate in the beta program through the Samsung Members app. The update, including the August 1 security patch and weighing about 3.2 GB, is now available for download. In South Korea, users of Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 are also part of the beta rollout. User access in the US and India is expected soon.
