Upgrade Incoming: Honor Magic8 Ultra to Feature Enhanced Periscope Telephoto Camera

Rumors from China suggest that Honor's flagship line of smartphones will be receiving an Ultra version this year with a revamped periscope telephoto camera. The Honor Magic8 Ultra is expected to offer significant upgrades compared to its predecessor, the Magic7 Pro.

While the resolution of the telephoto camera remains at 200MP, the sensor for the main camera will now be supplied by OmniVision and customized for the Magic8 Ultra. The size of the sensor is rumored to be substantial, although exact specifications have not been disclosed.
