Samsung Unveils Exynos 2600 as the First 2nm Chipset on the Market

During Samsung's quarterly financial report, it was revealed that the Exynos 2600 chipset will be the first 2nm chipset on the market, fabricated on Samsung Foundry's cutting-edge 2nm Gate-All-Around (GAA) process. This chipset is set to launch alongside the highly anticipated Galaxy S26 series, offering a significant improvement in NPU performance and enhanced support for on-device AI functionality.

The Exynos 2600 will be a flagship chipset with a ten-core CPU featuring a 1+3+6 configuration, offering promising clock speeds for both performance and efficiency cores. Additionally, it will be equipped with an Xclipse 960 GPU, expected to deliver impressive performance compared to competitors.

Leaked details suggest that the Exynos 2600 will debut on the Galaxy S26 Pro and S26 Edge models, while the S26 Ultra is rumored to continue using Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset.
