Intel's Latest Survey on the Adoption of AI PCs

Source: Date:

Intel recently conducted a survey on the adoption of AI PCs, revealing some interesting insights and concerns among businesses and individuals.

The survey indicated that 87% of global businesses are either planning to transition to AI PCs or are already in the process of doing so. This shift is partly influenced by the end of Windows 10 support and a general interest in AI capabilities.

Interestingly, the data also highlighted a preference among IT workers for local AI features, as opposed to cloud-based tools that are currently predominant in the market.

However, despite the growing interest in AI PCs, the survey showed that security remains a major concern for 33% of individuals who have not yet adopted this technology. There also seems to be some confusion around security issues, as only 23% of current AI users consider security a challenge.

Ultimately, the survey results suggest a positive momentum towards AI PCs, but there are lingering doubts and uncertainties that need to be addressed.
