Rumors are circulating about Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Fold8, set to launch next July. According to reports, the company is considering using either titanium or carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) for the backplate material of the device. This is a departure from the current Galaxy Z Fold7, which utilizes titanium. The potential switch is being explored in order to address supply chain concerns and to improve compatibility with the S Pen functionality.
