Apple's Upcoming iPad Pro to Feature LG's Bezel Makeover

Apple's next iPad Pro is rumored to come equipped with LG Innotek's chip-on-film (CoF) technology for its OLED displays. This technological advancement may allow Apple to reduce the bezels significantly and offer a more compact design without compromising on screen size. According to reports from The Elec, Apple is currently in the process of evaluating LX Semicon's display driver IC, which, when combined with CoF technology, can result in a seamless integration of the panel with the display edges. This integration could lead to a reduction in visible bezels, thereby maximizing the screen real estate within the same device size.
