Nothing recently revealed that the upcoming Phone (3) will not feature the iconic Glyph LEDs on its back, sparking speculation about what would replace them. The company has now confirmed that the Glyph LEDs will be replaced with a dot-matrix display, branded as Glyph Matrix. This new display is expected to offer enhanced customization compared to the previous LED array.

A teaser video shows the dot-matrix display positioned in the top right side of the phone's rear, suggesting a left-aligned camera island. Nothing has also shared that the Phone (3) will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, receive five major Android OS updates, and seven years of security updates. The official unveiling event is scheduled for July 1 in London, where the Nothing Phone (3) will be showcased alongside the Nothing Headphone (1).
