New Garmin Index Sleep Monitor Unveiled

Source: Date:

Garmin has introduced its latest health tracker, the Garmin Index Sleep Monitor. This innovative device is a smart sleep band that securely attaches to your upper arm, providing detailed sleep tracking including sleep stages, sleep score, heart rate variability (HRV) status, and breathing variations. Unlike traditional trackers, the Garmin Index Sleep Monitor does not have screens or buttons - simply strap it to your arm before sleep and it will automatically begin gathering data.

The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor is comprised of two parts - an adjustable band crafted from a breathable nylon/spandex material and a removable puck housing the sensors.
