Rumors suggest that the Oppo A5 5G is set to make its way to India very soon, with pricing details for the base model already leaked. According to the leaks, the base model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is expected to be priced at INR 15,499 (approximately $179). The device will also be available in an 8GB/256GB variant, although pricing for this model has not been revealed yet.
The Oppo A5 5G features a 6.67-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1,000-nit peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC and sports a 50MP main camera, a 2MP decorative sensor, and an 8MP selfie camera. The device is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging, and it boasts IP65 dust and splash resistance as well as MIL-STD-810H compliance.
