Huawei is gearing up to launch its latest Pura 80 series of smartphones on June 11 in China at 2:30 PM local time. The Pura 70 devices were released last year in April, and this time Huawei has taken a few extra weeks for development.
Rumors suggest that the Pura 80 Ultra will feature an impressive camera setup, including a 1-inch main sensor with variable aperture, a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.3" sensor. The teaser image above hints at the emphasis on camera capabilities in the new line, particularly in the Ultra model.
Stay tuned for the official announcement next week to learn more about the full specifications of the Pura 80 series.
