Google is set to introduce theme packs for its Pixel smartphones, a recent report suggests. This development is based on code strings and a button found in the latest Android 16 QPR1 Beta 1.
A new button has been discovered in the Pixel Wallpaper & Style app, hinting at the upcoming launch of a Pixel Customization Packs app. While the app itself is not yet available, it is clear that Google is working on expanding customization options for Pixel users.
It remains to be seen whether Google will offer preset theme packs or establish a dedicated theme store for Pixel devices. The latter seems less likely, with the former being the preferred option.
Within the Wallpaper & Style app, a new Themes section will be introduced at the top of the list in both Lock Screen and Home Screen tabs. Labeled as "Discover Pixel themes", these themes are expected to encompass multiple customization options within each pack.
