A recent report has shed light on the impact of Apple's decisions on T-Mobile users with Android phones. T-Mobile's T-Satellite service, designed to provide connectivity in dead zones, initially was planned to be exclusive to iPhones. Apple's satellite efforts, such as Project Eagle, aimed to bring satellite internet connectivity to iPhones and homes. However, discussions with satellite companies like OneWeb and EchoStar did not materialize. This has led to a strained relationship between Apple and SpaceX, with Elon Musk criticizing Apple and attempting to stall its satellite expansion efforts. Despite this, T-Mobile has rolled out the satellite feature to a wide range of phone models, benefitting Android users as well.
