Despite winning a court battle against Apple that allowed Epic Games to offer Fortnite on the App Store, the game is still not available for iOS users. Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney has stated that there is no apparent reason for Apple to delay the review process.
Apple's review team is allegedly holding off on allowing Fortnite back on iOS, even after the court ruling permitted Epic Games to use an external payment system. This comes after Epic Games initially violated Apple's rules by implementing their own payment system in the app.
Apple has appealed the recent ruling and is seeking to pause any changes to the App Store until a final decision is made by the court.
