Samsung is set to enhance its Galaxy lineup with a new battery technology, although it may not be the groundbreaking innovation that was anticipated. According toa report from a Korean outlet, Samsung is poised to incorporate a new stainless steel-based battery component known as "SUS CAN." While this technology offers benefits such as increased energy density, faster charging speeds, and addressing battery swelling issues, it falls short of the highly praised silicon-carbon battery technology seen in other flagship devices. Despite this, the introduction of SUS CAN, developed by Samsung SDI, represents a significant advancement in battery technology for Samsung.Korean media reports that Samsung plans to adopt a new technology in its next-generation model that could significantly increase battery capacity.
