Apple is in the works of developing its own foldable iPhone, with the screen being supplied by Samsung Display. A new rumor suggests that the folding iPhone will offer a feature that sets it apart from Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold series.
The unique feature of the foldable iPhone's screen is the integration of the touch layer into the panel itself. This innovation reduces the overall thickness of the assembly by around 19%, resulting in a lighter device. In addition, Samsung Display has enhanced color reproduction and brightness, including peak brightness, to meet Apple's specifications.
