Exciting new details have emerged regarding the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch 8. Recently spotted at the FCC, the smartwatch is set to offer 10W charging speeds and support the EP-OL300 wireless smartwatch charger. Additionally, it will feature a 435 mAh battery, a slight improvement from its predecessor, the Galaxy Watch 7.
The FCC listing also confirms the inclusion of various connectivity technologies such as NFC, Bluetooth 5.3 LE, and Wi-Fi 802.11n. The Galaxy Watch 8 will support LTE bands and come in multiple versions including LTE and Wi-Fi-only variants. While the release date is yet to be announced, rumors suggest that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Watch 8 alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 in July.
