A recent rumor from reputable Samsung tipster Ice Universe has surfaced regarding the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7. According to the leak, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is said to be exceptionally thin, measuring at 8.9mm in its folded state and an impressive 3.9mm when unfolded. This would make it the thinnest foldable phone on the market once it is released later this year.
Comparatively, Oppo's Find N5 currently holds the title of thinnest foldable phone at 8.9mm and 4.2mm in folded and unfolded states, respectively. While Huawei's Mate XT measures at just 3.6mm when unfolded, potentially beating out the Z Fold7 in thinness.
Earlier rumors indicated different measurements for the Z Fold7, but if these new reports hold true, it will signify a significant improvement over its predecessors in terms of thickness, including the Z Fold6 and the Z Fold Special Edition.
Additionally, the rumored 4,400mAh battery capacity of the Z Fold7 has been further corroborated through a previous listing by UL Demko.
