Apple has dropped a major hint that the release of iOS 18.5 is imminent, with the unveiling of the Release Candidate (RC) version of the update. This usually indicates that the final, stable version of the update is just around the corner, pending any major bugs. The update includes a new Pride Harmony wallpaper, bug fixes, and security updates. Compatible devices can install the update through the Settings menu. Additionally, parents will receive notifications when the Screen Time passcode is used, and users can now revert back to the old UI on the iOS Mail app.

Furthermore, iPadOS 18.5 (RC) is also available for iPad users, with the final stable update expected to roll out next week. The WWDC developer conference on June 9th is also set to unveil iOS 19 beta 1 and iPadOS 19 beta 1, for those eager to get their hands on the latest updates.
