On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will maintain the same battery capacity as the previous model, standing at a total minimum of 4,272mAh. Both devices are expected to retain the same charging speeds as well.
With rumors suggesting potential upgrades in other areas such as camera capabilities and display sizes, the lack of a battery upgrade on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 raises questions about potential battery life compromises. The smartphones are set to be unveiled during an upcoming Samsung Unpacked event in early July, amidst a competitive foldable market landscape featuring rival offerings from brands like Oppo, Honor, and Motorola.
