Vivo has launched two exciting new smartphones, the Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200s, setting new standards in mobile photography and battery performance. Designed with premium features, these devices cater to photography enthusiasts and users seeking long-lasting battery life. The X200 Ultra highlights cutting-edge camera technology while the X200s stands out for its impressive battery capacity. Both devices are anticipated to make a significant impact in the smartphone market, particularly in China.

Introducing Vivo X200 Ultra
The Vivo X200 Ultra emerges as the flagship model in the X200 lineup, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Users can choose between 12 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, along with UFS 4.1 storage options of 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB. The device features a stunning 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display boasting QHD+ resolution, an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate.

A standout feature of the X200 Ultra is its advanced camera system, which includes a dedicated V key for shutter release, enhancing the photography experience. This model employs two dedicated camera ISPs: the classic vivo V3+ for post-processing and the new vivo VS1, which enhances exposure, focus, and image stacking, ultimately delivering superior photo quality.

The rear camera setup consists of three lenses: a 50 MP main camera with a Sony LYT-818 sensor, a 200 MP telephoto camera utilizing a Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor, and another 50 MP ultra-wide camera. All lenses support 4K video recording at 120 fps as well as Dolby Vision for vibrant video quality. The front-facing selfie camera is also 50 MP.
In response to the increasing demand for versatile photography tools, Vivo introduces an optional add-on zoom lens that enhances the telephoto camera's capability by providing an additional 2.35x zoom, resulting in a substantial 200 mm equivalent focal length. This lens is part of a Photography Set that includes various lens options, a case, straps, and a separate 2,300 mAh battery to complement the impressive features of the X200 Ultra.

Running on OriginOS based on Android 15, the Vivo X200 Ultra is packed with a 6,000 mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Available in Black, Red, and a unique White version resembling Rimowa suitcase design, the pricing starts at CNY 6,499 ($900/€775), with a premium model at CNY 9,699 ($1,350/€1,150) that includes the Photography Set.
Meet Vivo X200s
The Vivo X200s is a testament to the evolution of the brand, acting as a successor to last year's Vivo X100s. This compact smartphone features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1260p resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, with configurations available in 12/16 GB RAM and 256 GB/512 GB/1 TB storage options.

Despite its smaller size, the X200s is equipped with a formidable camera setup, including a 50 MP f/1.6 main camera, a 50 MP f/2.6 telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and a 50 MP f/2.0 ultra-wide lens. The selfie camera offers a resolution of 32 MP.
The Vivo X200s excels in battery performance, featuring a massive 6,200 mAh capacity—the highest in the X series so far. It supports 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging, making it a compelling option for users who require extended usage without frequent recharging.

Running on OriginOS over Android 15, the X200s incorporates features such as 360-degree NFC, enhanced cooling with a vapor chamber, and advanced connectivity options. The device is available for pre-order with a starting price of CNY 4,199 ($575/€500), and will be sold in Black, White, Green, and Lavender Purple.
Both the Vivo X200 Ultra and X200s are expected to primarily target the Chinese market, with no announcements yet regarding international availability.
