New OnePlus Tablet Rumored as Pad 3 Pro After FCC Certification

Source: Date:

A fresh OnePlus tablet has recently been certified by the FCC under the model number OPD2408. Although the details regarding its specifications remain under wraps, there are growing speculations that it may debut as a rebranded version of the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, which was launched in China just a week prior.

Given that OnePlus and Oppo operate as sister companies, rebranding strategies for products, particularly tablets, are not uncommon. While this remains speculative, it is reasonable to expect that if this theory holds true, the tablet will likely be branded as the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro, serving as an enhancement to the Pad 3 introduced in December last year.

If it turns out to be a rebranded model of the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, consumers can look forward to impressive features such as a 13.2-inch LCD display boasting a resolution of 2400x3392, a high refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a peak brightness of 900 nits. Powering the tablet will likely be the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, along with RAM options of 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB, and storage variants of 256GB or 512GB utilizing UFS 4.0 technology. Additionally, expect to find a 13 MP rear camera, an 8 MP front-facing camera, and a substantial 12,140 mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging.
