Honor has unveiled its latest smartphone line, the "Power," designed to meet the demands of users who prioritize battery life and performance. With a staggering 8,000mAh battery housed in a sleek design measuring just under 8mm in thickness, the Honor Power stands out as a formidable entrant in the current smartphone market.
In a competitive showcase, Honor highlights the Power's battery capacity, which outperforms the iPad Air 11 (2025) with 29.60Wh compared to the tablet's 28.93Wh. The impressive energy density of the phone’s battery stands at 821Wh/L, attributed to a substantial amount of silicon used in its construction.
When it comes to endurance, the Honor Power boasts remarkable longevity with 25 hours of video playback, 23 hours on TikTok, over 23 hours of navigation, and 14 hours of gaming on a single charge.
The Honor Power features an 8,000mAh Si/C battery
Charging is facilitated through 66W technology, prompting questions about whether this is sufficient for such a robust battery. While specific charging times are not detailed, the phone offers 2% battery life enough for an hour of phone calls or scanning 100 WeChat codes.
Under the hood, the Honor Power is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, a reliable processor previously featured in the Honor 100, 200, and 300 models. It comes with configurations offering up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, details of which can be found at the end of the article.
The smartphone features a striking 'micro quad-curved' 6.78” OLED display with a resolution of 1,224 x 2,700 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and 10-bit color support. The display's brightness can reach up to 4,000 nits, enhanced by 3,840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for a superior viewing experience.

The camera specifications are straightforward, featuring a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.95 lens and OIS, capable of recording in 4K. This is complemented by a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, while the front-facing camera houses a 16MP sensor limited to 1080p video recording.
For connectivity, the Honor Power includes the in-house RF enhancement chip, Honor C1+, offering dual-SIM capabilities with BeiDou satellite texting available on the 12/512GB variant. The phone promises enhanced positional accuracy with triple-frequency BeiDou and dual-frequency GPS, alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3 (with LDAC and aptX HD support), and NFC. However, the USB-C port only supports USB 2.0 data rates.
While the phone is noted to be waterproof, it does not come with an official IP rating.
