The device was recently spotted on Geekbench, where it showcased impressive performance capabilities with 16GB of RAM and Android 15 out of the box. Rumors suggest that the Razr 60 Ultra will boast a large 6.96-inch folding screen with a high 165 Hz refresh rate, along with a 4" cover display.
