Samsung is gearing up to release the Galaxy Z Fold 7 this summer, bringing the spotlight back on foldable devices in the tech world. The U.S. version of the upcoming foldable phone has been spotted with a powerhouse Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite application processor (AP) and will run on Android 16 with One UI 8.
A recent Geekbench benchmark listing reveals that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will feature 12GB of RAM and the latest Android 16 operating system. The phone is expected to come with a 7.6-inch internal Dynamic AMOLED display, a 6.3-inch cover display, and a high-capacity 4400mAh battery.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is rumored to sport a 50MP main camera, a 10MP periscope camera for optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. Additionally, the device is said to house a 4MP under-display selfie camera.
