Samsung to Unveil the Galaxy M56 on April 17th

Samsung is set to introduce a new mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy M56, in India. The launch event is scheduled for April 17 and the device will be available for purchase on Amazon. The teaser microsite on Amazon reveals some key details about the upcoming phone.

According to the teaser, the Galaxy M56 will be marketed as "the monsterest monster" and will feature a sleek design with a thickness of 7.2mm and a weight of 180g. The phone will sport a 12MP front-facing camera capable of capturing HDR selfie videos.

The device will come with Gorilla Glass Victus protection for its screen, offering increased brightness and slimmer bezels compared to its predecessor. It will also boast a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter.

AI features such as Object Eraser, Image Clipper, and Edit Suggestions will be supported on the Galaxy M56.

Earlier reports hinted at the Galaxy M56 being powered by the Exynos 1480 chipset with 8GB of RAM. The device was also spotted running Android 15 on a prototype listed on Geekbench.
