Using microencapsulation technology, fragrance molecules are trapped within microscopic capsules infused into the phone's fake leather back. The scent is designed to be refreshing and last up to six months, varying based on usage and environmental conditions like temperature and humidity.
Infinix India CEO Anish Kapoor highlighted the importance of innovation, stating that the Energizing Scent-Tech in the Note 50s 5G+ adds an extra dimension to the user experience. While the handset will be available in three color options, only the Marine Drift Blue variant will incorporate the scent-infused technology. Kapoor hinted that the device will be priced at under INR 20,000, making it an affordable yet innovative choice for smartphone users.
