Samsung and BOE, two major display manufacturers, are once again in a legal battle. This time, Samsung is accusing BOE of stealing trade secrets, including poaching employees and colluding with companies in Samsung's supply chain. The Korean tech giant claims that BOE has the information needed to set up manufacturing equipment for OLED panels and has allegedly stolen data for developing micro-OLED displays. The case will be heard in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
