A feature that was previously exclusive to the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S24, and Pixel 9 lines is now being rolled out to older Pixel models including the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6a. Gemini's "Talk Live about this" feature allows users to ask questions about images, files, and YouTube videos, providing live AI analysis. This feature is available on the free Gemini app from the Google Play Store.
To access the "Talk Live about this" feature, users can open the Gemini app, select the desired content from options like camera, Gallery, Files, and Drive, and then tap on the "Talk Live about this" chip for live AI analysis.
In addition to photos from the camera and images in the gallery, users can also use the feature on documents from Google Drive and even YouTube videos by pasting the video link into the app. This feature is now accessible on older Pixel models thanks to the Pixel March Feature Drop.
