Finally, fans in Australia, India, Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia will see the Pixel 9a on April 16. While Japan is expected to receive the device eventually, no specific date has been confirmed as of now.

The Pixel 9a, which starts at a price of $499, was originally slated for a general April launch when it was announced earlier this month. However, production delays were caused by a component quality issue that impacted a limited number of units, prompting the company to adjust its release plans and review timelines as a precaution.

As the launch date approaches, we are diligently preparing a review and we hope to feature a fully functional unit shortly thereafter.
