PromoGenius aggregates this information into a user-friendly platform accessible via iPads, allowing CSRs to respond to customer inquiries rapidly and efficiently. Rather than juggling multiple systems, representatives can now find everything they need in one integrated solution, enhancing both convenience and response time.

While some users have expressed concerns regarding the usability of the PromoGenius app, others appreciate its capabilities after becoming familiar with its functions. T-Mobile emphasizes that AI contributes to faster and more reliable product research, thanks to Microsoft's Copilot Studio—which is embedded within the PromoGenius app and retrieves information directly from the websites of over 20 manufacturers.
