Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro Surfaces on Geekbench with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 Chipset

The anticipation surrounding the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro has grown significantly as recent benchmarks reveal key specifications. Expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, the tablet was spotted running a Geekbench test, confirming its capabilities ahead of launch.

The Geekbench listing showcases the performance of the prototype model equipped with 6GB of RAM. There may be various configurations available at launch, as is typical with Samsung's devices.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro Prototype

Upon its introduction, the Tab Active5 Pro, identified by the model number SM-X356B, is set to be part of Samsung's expanding tablet lineup alongside the standard Tab Active5, which was unveiled earlier this year in January. The tablet will run on Android 15 with Samsung's One UI 7 overlay upon release.

In the Geekbench performance tests, the device achieved a single-core score of 1,179 and a multi-core score of 3,378, indicating a significant upgrade over its predecessor, the Tab Active4 Pro, which was released back in August 2022, signaling it's prime time for a new model.
