Oppo is gearing up for an exciting launch next month, introducing the new Oppo Find X8 series, which includes the Find X8S, Find X8S+, and the flagship Find X8 Ultra. These devices promise to showcase impressive features, innovative technology, and a refined design suitable for tech enthusiasts and everyday users alike.
The Find X8S, previously referred to as the Find X8 Mini, boasts a compact 6.3-inch display, marking a shift in Oppo's naming strategy to prepare users for the forthcoming Find X9, which will also feature a smaller screen compared to its predecessor, the X8. Complementing this is the Find X8S+, equipped with a slightly larger 6.6-inch screen.
Both models will be powered by MediaTek's soon-to-be-released Dimensity 9400+ SoC, set to be unveiled on April 11. Recent rumors suggest that the Find X8S will support 80W wired charging, feature a periscope telephoto camera, come with wireless charging capabilities, and boast a robust water and dust resistance rating. The Find X8S+ is expected to maintain a similar design and feature set, just in a larger form factor.
Recent speculations indicate that the Find X8S will house a battery surpassing 5,700 mAh, feature a sleek profile of just above 7mm, and weigh around 187g. Its flat screen design will also come with bezels narrower than 1.38mm, offering an immersive display experience.
The Find X8 Ultra has already been confirmed to feature a vibrant "2K" resolution flat screen, showcasing ultra-narrow symmetrical bezels. Additional features include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, dual periscope telephoto cameras (offering 3x and 6x optical zoom), an 8.xx mm profile, and a faux leather finish. This device also promises to house a battery exceeding 6,000 mAh, ensuring robust performance throughout the day.
