Samsung has unveiled its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Galaxy F16 5G. While it may seem fresh from the outside, this device is essentially a rebranded version of the Galaxy M16, which is itself based on the Galaxy A16. The only significant difference lies in the aesthetic choices, offering new vibrant color alternatives - Vibing Blue, Bling Black, and Glam Green - all accentuated with Samsung’s Ripple Glow effect.
Other than its new colors, the F16 packs identical specifications to the M16, featuring a stunning 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, a Dimensity 6300 processor, and a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging. The device will be available in configurations of 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM and offers 128GB of expandable storage via a microSD card.
The Galaxy F16 runs on One UI 7, based on Android 15, and Samsung has committed to providing 6 years of Android updates along with 6 years of security updates, ensuring a long-lasting software experience for users.

Key Specs of the Galaxy F16 5G
The starting price for the entry-level 4GB/128GB variant will be INR 11,499 ($131) in India, making it INR 1,000 cheaper than the Galaxy M16 with the same specifications.
