The Premium Service program encompasses a comprehensive suite of features designed to ensure that users enjoy peace of mind and rapid access to assistance when required. Available in 75 countries and regions globally, the program includes an international warranty for all Find N5 devices.
As part of the Premium Service offering, users will benefit from an exclusive VIP hotline, providing immediate support for any issues they may encounter. For personalized service and product inquiries, a dedicated premium service line is also available.
Oppo has deployed specialized technicians and engineers to tackle any potential problems, and in select markets, users can take advantage of added perks such as complimentary screen protectors, loaner phones, and free repair services for unforeseen circumstances.
While these premium services will be rolled out globally, the Find N5 is currently available in a limited number of regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Mexico. The device is priced at SGD 2,500, equivalent to just over $1,850/€1,800 for the sole 16/512 GB configuration.
