Alongside their budget-friendly Note 22 and mblu 22 series smartphones, whispers of a future flagship, the Meizu 22 Pro, have begun to circulate. This upcoming device was recently spotted at Meizu's booth, leaving tech enthusiasts eager for more information.

The phantomed Meizu 22 Pro, still under wraps, was seen juxtaposed with the Meizu 21 Pro—which features a traditional vertical camera setup. In contrast, the Meizu 22 Pro introduces a unique octagon-shaped camera island, hinting at a fresh design direction.
Given that the Meizu 21 Pro made its debut in late February of the previous year, anticipation builds for the announcement of its successor. The Meizu 22 series is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, equipped with high-end cameras and cutting-edge AI enhancements. While a launch in China seems likely, it remains uncertain whether the device will find its way to international markets.
