The highly anticipated Xiaomi 15 Ultra has officially launched globally, earning recognition as a top contender in the PhoneArena Camera Score rankings, where it shares the spotlight with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The global unveiling took place on March 2 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Spain, following a domestic premiere on February 27. While the Xiaomi 15 Ultra stands out as one of the premier Android smartphones available today, it has raised eyebrows with its battery specifications. The international variant is equipped with a 5,410mAh battery, which supports 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. Although the difference of 590mAh compared to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, may appear minor, having that extra power could prove beneficial for users. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage to ensure unparalleled performance and speedy data access. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra features a stunning 6.73-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display, showcasing a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels with a pixel density of 522 PPI. However, it's important to note that, similar to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will not be available in the US market. The device comes in three attractive colors: Black, White, and Silver Chrome, making it a stylish choice for any user.
