Samsung is gearing up to debut the Galaxy Z Fold7 in the coming months, and leaked renders have provided a glimpse into the highly anticipated foldable device. The CAD-based images reveal a thinner and more streamlined design, aligning with the current trend of slim foldable smartphones.
Compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is expected to be just 4.5mm thick when unfolded and 9.5mm when folded, including the camera bump. While it may not dethrone the Oppo Find N5 as the world's thinnest book-style foldable, it will come close in terms of thickness.
Despite maintaining a 4,400 mAh battery capacity, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is rumored to sport an 8.2-inch inner screen, a 6.5-inch cover screen, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The device will also feature upgraded cameras, including a 200 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultrawide lens, and a 10 MP telephoto camera.
As Samsung continues to innovate in the foldable smartphone market, the Galaxy Z Fold7 promises a sleeker and more advanced design for tech enthusiasts and consumers alike.
