Samsung has introduced a new version of the Galaxy A25 5G specifically tailored for customers in Japan. This updated model features a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, along with a 5MP front-facing camera. While the global variant of the phone offers a different camera setup, the Japanese model stands out with its unique imaging capabilities.
Aside from the camera enhancements, the Japanese Galaxy A25 5G is powered by a 6nm Dimensity 6300+ processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It also comes with 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card. The phone boasts a 5,000mAh battery, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and is IP68-rated for dust and water resistance.
On the display front, the Japanese model sports a larger 6.7-inch TFT screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution. In comparison, the global version features a higher resolution AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Japanese Galaxy A25 5G is set to launch on February 27 through various carriers and Samsung's online store, priced at JPY 29,900.
