Recent reports indicate that iQOO is gearing up to launch the Neo10R in India, which will serve as a rebranded version of the Chinese Neo10. Anticipated to debut next month, the Neo10R is expected to feature a stunning 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, with a price tag below INR 30,000 (approximately $345 or €335).
This initial pricing is likely for the base model, which is set to include 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Additionally, there will be two more configurations available: one with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and the other with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device carries the model code I2221, although it's noted that not all specifications will align with those of the Chinese version.
In contrast with the Chinese variant, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and boasts a 6,100 mAh battery, the Neo10R is expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and a larger 6,400 mAh battery. However, it’s important to note that the charging speed will be comparatively slower, offering 80W instead of the 120W found in the original.
Color options for the iQOO Neo10R will include Blue White Slice and Lunar Titanium, and it will feature a robust camera system comprising a 50MP primary camera (Sony LYT-600), an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 16MP selfie camera.
As the launch date approaches, iQOO's Indian operations are expected to kick-start a promotional campaign for the Neo10R in the upcoming weeks.
