Samsung's new foldable device is expected to retail for over $2,000, setting a high bar for foldable technology. The anticipated tri-fold screen will unfold to a minimum of 9.5 inches, allowing for a unique and versatile user experience. Its design resembles the tri-fold display showcased by Samsung at CES, folding inwards from both sides. Recent reports suggest that while initial predictions placed the release of the tri-foldable in 2026, its launch may occur as soon as the third quarter of this year, with production set to begin in Q2. The announcement is expected at the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22.
