The Board of Directors of Honor Device Co. Ltd. announced on January 17, 2025, that Mr. George Zhao has stepped down from his roles as Director and CEO for personal reasons. The company expresses its sincere gratitude for Mr. Zhao’s remarkable contributions during his tenure. Following a Board approval, Mr. Jian Li has been appointed as the new CEO.
