The anticipation for the long-awaited fourth-generation iPhone SE is reaching a fever pitch as Apple prepares for its expected announcement this April. Ahead of the official reveal, industry insider Sonny Dickson has provided a glimpse into the design of the upcoming device by sharing two live images of product dummy units, typically used for testing accessories and cases.
The images showcase the rear and side profiles of the budget-friendly iPhone, which align with previous leaks. The unit features a single rear camera setup, accompanied by a microphone cutout and LED flash. Notably, the sides of the device appear flat, with volume buttons and a mute switch positioned on the left. A physical SIM tray is also visible.
According to rumors, the iPhone SE 4 will adopt the iPhone 14’s 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display (60Hz), complete with a notch that houses a 12MP front-facing camera and Face ID sensors.

The budget variant is speculated to include an upgraded Apple A18 chip paired with 8GB of RAM, enabling enhanced capabilities including Apple Intelligence features. Additionally, there are suggestions of a 48MP rear camera, a starting price of $499, and a transition to a USB-C port replacing the traditional Lightning connector.
