Google has made significant updates to its Workspace Business and Enterprise plans, enhancing user experience with the integration of its AI tool, Gemini. This change aims to provide users with comprehensive access without the burden of additional costs associated with prior add-ons. The new pricing structure is set to roll out in March, although users can start benefiting from Gemini features immediately.
The tech giant clarified that very small business customers will not face any price increases but will still enjoy the full range of Gemini functionalities. Under this new initiative, Workspace Business customers, including Standard, Plus, and Enterprise users, will have Gemini capabilities integrated across various applications such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Vids, and Chat.
All users will be upgraded to Gemini Advanced with 1.5 Pro, allowing them to create custom Gems. Additionally, NotebookLM Plus will be accessible to all subscribers, further enriching the tools available to users.
This strategic move highlights Google's commitment to integrating advanced AI tools into everyday business applications while also addressing pricing concerns among its user base.
