Samsung is poised to expand its Galaxy S25 lineup this year, introducing a captivating new addition: the Galaxy S25 Slim. Recent leaks have unveiled the first renders of this sleek device, highlighting its remarkable dimensions.

The Galaxy S25 Slim boasts dimensions of 159 x 76 x 6.4 mm, making it nearly the same size as the Galaxy S24+, yet significantly thinner. In comparison, the Galaxy S24+ measures 7.7 mm in thickness, emphasizing the Slim's competitive edge in design.

Even at its camera bump, the Galaxy S25 Slim remains impressively lean at 8.3 mm, just slightly thicker than the anticipated thinnest point of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The display size is also in line with the S25+ range, featuring a screen between 6.7" and 6.8".

The design aesthetics seem to follow suit with its siblings, showcasing a sophisticated appearance. Spec-wise, the Slim is rumored to include a stellar camera setup: a 200 MP main camera powered by Samsung's ISOCELL HP5 sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide lens using the ISOCELL JN5 sensor, and a 50 MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom capabilities. Under the hood, it will be driven by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and feature 12GB of RAM, ensuring top-notch performance, all while running Android 15 with One UI 7 out of the box.

The Galaxy S25 Slim may make its first official appearance at the Samsung Unpacked event on January 22. However, the official launch is expected to be in May, separate from the release of the other models in the lineup. Some recent leaks have also hinted at battery capacity details, which might be less than ideal. Stay tuned for more updates regarding this highly anticipated device!
