Samsung has made a significant improvement to its Care+ protection plan, particularly for users in the US. The updated Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss now offers subscribers the benefit of unlimited free screen and back glass replacements, eliminating the previous $29 fee associated with each repair.
While the Care+ plan itself requires a monthly subscription fee, users will no longer face additional costs each time their device screen is damaged. This generous policy change ensures that both the front screen and back glass are covered without extra charges, making it easier for customers to maintain their devices.

Previously, Samsung introduced unlimited battery repairs earlier this year in March 2024. Now, with the inclusion of unlimited screen and back glass replacements, Samsung Care+ subscribers can enjoy enhanced protection for their devices. The subscription cost ranges from $8 to $18 per month, depending on the device model.
This update has been rolled out automatically to all current subscribers of Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss, and no further action is required on their part to take advantage of this new offering.
