Motorola has officially unveiled its latest mid-range smartphones for North America, featuring the Moto G 2025 and Moto G Power 2025. These devices aim to deliver impressive specifications and functionality at competitive price points, catering to the needs of budget-conscious consumers without compromising on performance.

The Moto G 2025 boasts a vibrant 6.7-inch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and peaks at 1,000 nits brightness. It comes equipped with Gorilla Glass 3 for added durability, 5G connectivity, and a robust camera system that includes a 50 MP main sensor, a 2 MP macro lens, and a 16 MP front-facing camera. A significant highlight is its 5,000 mAh battery, which supports fast 30W wired charging, and is powered by the reliable MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC.

With a design that features water-repellent technology and a chic vegan leather finish, the Moto G 2025 runs on Android 15. It will be available in the US as an unlocked device through Motorola, Amazon, and Best Buy starting January 30 at a suggested retail price of $199.99. Customers can also expect to find it at virtually all major carriers.

On the other hand, the Moto G Power 2025 steps it up with a larger 6.8-inch display, still featuring a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits peak brightness, but with the added protection of Gorilla Glass 5. This model includes a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, a macro camera, and a 16 MP selfie camera. The 5,000 mAh battery supports both 30W wired charging and 15W wireless charging.

Designed for durability, the Moto G Power 2025 is IP68 and IP69 certified for dust and water resistance, alongside MIL-STD-810H certification for durability against drops, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. It also runs on Android 15.

Availability for the Moto G Power 2025 begins on February 6 for $299.99, also through major retailers and later at most carriers. In Canada, both models are expected to reach select carriers and national retailers on May 2, though pricing details for that market have yet to be made available.
