Asus is gearing up to unveil its latest flagship smartphone, the Zenfone 12 Ultra, on February 6, which is notably earlier in the year than its predecessor's announcement. This highly anticipated device has made headlines after appearing on Geekbench, revealing some key insights about its performance.
The device, identified as a prototype with the model number "ASUSAI2501H," has been confirmed through an earlier IMEI database listing to be the Zenfone 12 Ultra. In the Geekbench benchmark test, the smartphone achieved an impressive single-core score of 3,036 and a multi-core score of 9,656, reflecting the capabilities of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset that is expected to power the device.
The prototype tested features a substantial 16GB of RAM, although it is likely that Asus will offer various configurations, with the Zenfone 11 Ultra launching with a base model of 12GB. As anticipated for a flagship device releasing in early 2025, the Zenfone 12 Ultra runs on Android 15.
