Importantly, this feature will only be available to users who currently have access to AI-powered chats, as availability is still restricted to select regions. For instance, the AI capabilities remain off-limits in the EU due to stringent local laws and regulations.
Similar to Google's Lens feature, which provides comprehensive details on images, WhatsApp's upcoming widget aims to offer users insightful information. However, it's important to note that this feature is still under development and will be included in an upcoming update.
Additionally, WhatsApp is rumored to be working on enhancing the group creation process to be more user-friendly and is also introducing a new "Chat with us" functionality to expedite customer support through its web platform.
