Xiaomi has officially launched its much-anticipated Redmi Note 14 series, and we are excited to present an in-depth review of each model, starting with the impressive Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G. This device promises to deliver solid performance with its advanced features and competitive pricing.

Upon unboxing, you'll find a sleek grey case, a USB-A to USB-C cable, and a 45W charger included. The Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G is available in three captivating colors: Midnight Black, Aurora Purple, and Ocean Blue, with a starting price of €300/£249 for the 8/256GB variant.

While the most apparent distinction between the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G and the 4G variant is the lack of 5G connectivity in the latter, several other enhancements set it apart. The Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G is powered by the efficient 6nm Helio G100-Ultra chipset, coupled with options for 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Additionally, it boasts UFS 2.2 storage technology for swift data access.

This new model demonstrates improved durability, achieving the IP64 standard for dust and splash resistance, surpassing the previous Note 13 Pro 4G's protection. Furthermore, it features Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front display for enhanced scratch resistance.

The camera array remains quite similar to its predecessor, featuring a robust 200MP 1/1.4-inch main camera along with an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide and a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens. However, the front-facing camera has received a notable upgrade, now sporting a 32MP f/2.2 resolution—double that of last year’s model.

The phone features a stunning 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 4200x1080px and a refresh rate of 120Hz, ensuring smooth visual performance. Under the hood, it houses a powerful 5,500mAh battery, offering a 10% increase in capacity compared to the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G will officially launch on January 15, making it a device to watch out for in the budget smartphone market.
